RP2405 Paver

The RP2405 paver, manufactured by XCMG (Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd.), is an ultra-large asphalt paver with a maximum paving width of 24 meters and a maximum paving thickness of 600mm. This model is known for its high efficiency, capable of achieving a maximum production rate of up to 1800t/h. The paver is equipped with an electric control silicon oil clutch-driven fan, which intelligently matches the fan speed with the heat dissipation temperature, ensuring more efficient cooling. Additionally, it features a triple-integrated composite radiator that guarantees continuous operation even in high-temperature environments up to 50°C. The RP2405 also comes with a rear support wheel for stable transportation during large-width paving, and a super-long material hopper along with a hydraulic front tilting plate that adapts to different material trucks and effectively prevents material spillage, ensuring a more continuous paving process. This paver is designed to meet the demands of high-quality road construction with its advanced technology and robust performance.
