Application security precautions
1,
Concrete Pump Truck can only be used for concrete transport, other than any use (such as lifting heavy objects) is dangerous.
2. The height and distance of the concrete pumped by the boom of the pump truck are strictly calculated and experimentally confirmed. Any subsequent connection of the end hose or extension of the end hose exceeding 3m is not allowed, and the resulting risk is borne by the operator.
3. Unauthorized modifications to the pump that may affect safety are prohibited, including changes to the safety pressure and operating speed Settings; Switch to large diameter delivery pipe or increase the wall thickness of the delivery pipe, change the control program or line. Changes to booms and legs, etc. 4 Pump truck operators must wear safety helmets and comply with safety regulations and site safety procedures.
Support safety precautions
1, the supporting ground must be level. Otherwise it is necessary to make a horizontal supporting surface. Cannot be supported on a hole.
2, the pump truck must be supported on a solid ground, if the maximum pressure of the leg is greater than the allowable pressure on the ground, the supporting plate or auxiliary square wood must be used to increase the supporting surface area.
3. When the pump truck is supported near the pit and slope, sufficient safety spacing should be retained.
4, when supporting, it is necessary to ensure that the whole machine is in a horizontal state, and the maximum horizontal deflection Angle before and after the whole machine does not exceed 3 degrees.
5. When spreading or closing the leg, the leg rotation range is a dangerous area, and the personnel may be injured within the range.
6, when supporting, all legs must be telescoped and expanded to the specified position (leg aligned with the upper arrow of the support ear, front leg arm aligned with the outstretched arm arrow of the front leg) otherwise there is a risk of tipping over.
7. The legs must be supported as required to operate the boom, and the boom must be closed and placed on the main support of the boom to break the leg
8, the factors that reduce stability must be immediately closed the boom, removed and then supported as required, the factors that reduce stability include changes in ground conditions caused by rain, snow or other water sources.
