The latest G5 series intelligent concrete mixer trucks released by Xugong Group have officially hit the market. With revolutionary hybrid electric technology, they have reshaped the engineering transportation landscape. This Concrete Mixer Truck innovatively adopts a dual-mode drive system, with a pure electric range of up to 120 kilometers and a construction noise reduction to 68 decibels, perfectly meeting the requirements of urban environmental protection. 

 

Compared with the separate operation mode of traditional Concrete Pump Truck and mixer trucks, the G5 series is equipped with an intelligent coordination module that can automatically adjust the pumping rhythm, thereby increasing the single pouring efficiency by 22%. Its carbon fiber composite tank weighs 1.2 tons less, and in combination with the golden power chain, the fuel consumption is reduced by 31% compared to similar products. 

 

During the actual measurement of a certain section of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, 20 G5 models formed a smart formation with unmanned Wheel Loaders, achieving full-process unmanned operation for concrete transportation and loading. This model has particularly enhanced its mixed operation capabilities with Dump Trucks, improving the stability of transportation on rough terrains by 45%. It has now passed the -40℃ extreme cold test and is about to be put into use in the infrastructure project in the Russian Arctic Circle.
