The latest 12-cubic-meter Concrete Mixer Truck launched by Sany Heavy Industry has officially hit the market. With industry-leading loading efficiency, it has redefined the standard for commercial concrete transportation. Compared to traditional Concrete Mixer Trucks, this model innovatively adopts a double-spiral blade design, reducing the resistance of the tank rotation by 28%, and the single-trip transportation volume exceeds the 12 cubic-meter mark, meeting the continuous pouring requirements for 30-story buildings. 

 

Its intelligent control system can be seamlessly integrated with the Concrete Pump Truck, and the real-time sharing of construction data boosts the pumping efficiency by 15%. The new streamlined discharge chute eliminates dead corners for material accumulation, with a residual rate lower than 0.08%, an improvement of 52% compared to the national standard. The powertrain is specially adapted to high-temperature environments, and its continuous operation stability under 45℃ conditions exceeds that of similar products. 

 

To enhance the overall efficiency, this model has optimized the collaborative operation mode with the Wheel Loader, reducing the loading time to less than 3 minutes. In a certain high-altitude infrastructure project in Qinghai, 20 new vehicles and Dump Trucks formed a mixed formation, setting a new record of transporting 5800 cubic meters of concrete in a single day. These vehicles have now been put into mass use at the Intelligent Construction Demonstration Base in Xiong'an New Area.
