XE950D Excavator
The XE950D is a robust 95-ton class mining hydraulic excavator from XCMG, designed to excel in harsh mining environments. This excavator is equipped with a high-horsepower engine imported from America that meets Tier 3 emission standards, offering strong power, low noise, low fuel consumption, and low emissions, capable of meeting the demands of various construction conditions. The XE950D features a high-pressure fuel injection system that achieves full electronic control of the injection process, precisely regulating fuel injection quantity and timing, which reduces fuel consumption and improves engine efficiency. With an optimized configuration of key hydraulic components, including a main valve with a larger diameter and higher pressure, an integrated output mechanism in the slewing reducer, and a larger travel reducer, the XE950D delivers greater hydraulic power and stronger slewing and walking power, making it more adaptable to harsh mining working conditions. The undercarriage is reinforced with a four-wheel and one-track design, enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the stringer and H-frame, as well as the caterpillar track and track roller, significantly improving the chassis carrying capacity. The working device employs a lightweight box structure design with critical parts made of solid forging, reducing welding stress concentration and defects, ensuring sufficient strength and rigidity for heavy-duty excavation and mining requirements. The engine intake system uses a swirl tube type pre-filter and is equipped with an exhaust dust ejector, enabling automatic dust removal from the air filter, reducing dust accumulation, extending the lifespan of filter elements, and lowering operational costs for users.
